Non-retail customers shipping to US addresses can enjoy free Ground shipping at $125 USD or more.

To take advantage of the Free Shipping offer:

• Order must be shipped to a valid United States mailing address
• Product total must equal or exceed $125 USD

Note: Free shipping orders will be shipped Ground -- not Priority Mail. Even though Priority Mail may be selected at checkout, all orders shipped for free will be sent Ground.

Delivery times are estimates only.

Although we get orders out the door and ship fast, we cannot guarantee an actual delivery date for your purchase.

• At checkout, we provide delivery estimates provided by the carrier.
• Once a package leaves our facility we have no control over the transit speed of the US Postal Service, United Parcel Service or International postal agencies.
• A number of factors outside of our control may exceed the delivery time estimates provided, including Federal holidays, weather related issues, increased carrier workloads, Customs delays, etc.

That being said, the vast majority of packages are delivered within the time estimates provided.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the following:

• Package weight
• Package size
• Distance shipped.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS) provide real-time shipping quotes from our location in Nampa, Idaho to your delivery address.

Dark Elf Dice has a fantastic working relationship with our shipping carriers going all the way back to 2005.

For shipments within the US, we use the following carriers to safely deliver your order:

• The US Postal Service (USPS) or
• The United Parcel Service (UPS)

Due to the lighter weight nature of the DnD dice and game accessories we sell, USPS is generally the less expensive option (though this can vary).

For International shipments we rely solely on the US Postal Service and various international postal agencies to safely deliver your order (Canada Post, Swiss Post, La Poste, the Royal Mail, etc.)

For customers outside of the United States, our shipping fees do not
include customs fees, taxes, or duties you may be responsible for.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any local import fees, taxes or tariffs regardless of shipping cost.

All shipped orders include tracking numbers and various tracking update emails will be sent to you as your package makes it way to its final destination.

If you cannot locate your package after delivery, please refer to our FAQ section for helpful hints in locating your package. Dark Elf Dice will do our very best to help you locate a package, but we cannot assume responsibility for missing or stolen packages that have been scanned as delivered.
