Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change to your order? Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll do our best to help.
We work hard to get orders on their way quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.
International Shipping & Tracking
We're happy to send a little adventure around the world!
International delivery times can vary depending on your destination, customs processing, and local postal services. Tracking updates may occasionally take longer to appear, especially while a package is traveling between countries.
If you have concerns about an international shipment, please contact us with your order number. We'll be happy to help you review the available tracking information.
Custom Dice & Individual Dice
Although we carry a wonderful variety of dice, we're unable to manufacture personalized dice or create custom-designed dice sets.
The dice in our sets are sold together, and we're unable to break apart sets to sell individual dice.
