Need to make a return? No worries! We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
To begin a return, please contact us so we can issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Return must be requested within 30 days of confirmed delivery

Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

Item must be in its original packaging
Non-returnable items:
Due to the nature of hobby products, miniatures, paints, and painting supplies cannot be returned once opened.
We reserve the right to deny a return or issue a partial refund if an item is returned used, opened, damaged, or incomplete.
Return Shipping

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or not collected after a carrier delivery attempt, it is not automatically eligible for a full refund. Any return shipping fees or carrier charges incurred due to non-collection may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Most refunds appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
