Damages and Issues
Every now and again we roll a nat 1 :( Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Eligibility
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable products: miniatures, paints, and painting supplies unfortunately cannot be returned if the product has been opened.
Shipping and Restocking Fees
We don't charge a restocking fee.
You're responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, with the exception of damages or issues (see above). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Once issued, refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item
you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
